We strive to make our online experience a pleasant one, so, Smart Resolution customers are covered by the strongest guarantee in the industry.
If not completely satisfied with a product, we will replace, discount or refund the order REGARDLESS of whose fault it is. We do not ask for pictures of the wrong product(s) or make the replacement otherwise difficult for the customer.

Returned orders are, however, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders valued at $1,500.00 or greater, are not covered by the above terms. We encourage customers to review proofs carefully, before final proof approval, to ensure accuracy. Our liability does not extend beyond a replacement, credit or refund for our products. The above warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties and representations, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Exceptions include:
- Orders over $ 1500. These orders require extra care and attention. Proofs should be sent and approved to avoid any issues.
- Corporate kits & seals (unless we are clearly at fault)
- Full color orders (unless we are clearly at fault)
- Custom labels (unless we are clearly at fault)

The guarantee covers STOCK*, PRE-PRINTED and CUSTOM items in the following categories:
- Business Forms
- Checks
- Orders with Your Own Design
- Holiday Cards
- Customized Labels
- Letterheads, Envelopes & Business Cards
- Promotional Items
- Tax Forms
The guarantee also guarantees delivery issues, such as weather-related damage to an order.
*Stock items
Items that were not printed will need to be shipped back or delivery will need to be refused before a refund can be issued. It will be issued once the item is back in stock. There is a 20% restocking fee to be charged to the customer.
The guarantee excludes:
- Corporate Kits & Supplies
- Labels with Your Own Design
- Full Color Products
Products not covered by our guarantee will still be replaced or refunded but only if Smart Resolution is at fault.
