Why can't the logo be seen in the online preview?
The preview will not show any uploaded logos but a proof may be requested under the "Additional Instructions" section for more peace-of-mind. Keep in mind that the customized products on our website are pre-printed for the most part, and therefore the proof will only reflect the portion that is set up for press. As a result, the entire product will NOT be shown on the proof; only the portion to be customized.
But as we do offer a 100% guarantee, the product can usually be reprinted or refunded, should there be any issue or lack of satisfaction. Ultimately, those cases are very rare, however.
