There's a Problem With My Order — What Should I Do?
If there’s an issue with your order, don’t worry, we’re here to help.
Simply call, chat, or email us, and we will work with you to replace, discount, or refund your order (for orders under $1500).
Before returning anything, please review the solutions below to see which option works best for your situation.
1. Replacements
We can remake and reship your order when:
There is a typo or printing error
The wrong product was sent
Part of the order is missing
The order arrived damaged
You made a mistake during checkout and didn’t notice it
Other issues that affect usability
Replacements are prioritized and processed quickly.
In some cases, we can even send the replacement via overnight shipping when delays were caused on our end.
Important:
Replacements are covered for orders under $1500.
For orders over $1500, please review your confirmation carefully before approving.
If you prefer not to receive a replacement, you may choose a partial refund or a full refund instead.
2. Partial Refunds
If your order is usable but not perfect, you may prefer to keep it and receive a partial refund.
Examples include:
You received triplicate forms but only needed duplicates
A small typo you can live with (e.g., a misspelled word in a paragraph, but not an incorrect phone number)
Minor damage to part of the order
Incorrect starting number
Partial refunds typically range from 5% to 50%, depending on the issue.
3. Returns and Full Refunds
If you do not want the order — or don’t have time to wait for a replacement — you may return it for a full refund of the product price.
Please note:
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may either refuse delivery or ship it back.
Printed Items
We usually request unused printed pieces for quality control.
Non-Printed Items
We almost always require unused items to be returned.

Please include your order number on the box.

UPS Returns
Refunds are issued once the return is received.
Shipping costs are refunded only if the issue was due to a significant error on our part.
