Below are answers to the questions we receive most often about ordering, customizing products, proofs, pricing, shipping, and more.


Blank Products

If you want to order an item without any text or imprint, you may request it during checkout.
Pricing remains the same for blank products because the cost of production does not change.


Customized Products

Choose all available customization options during checkout.
You can also request:

  • Proofs

  • Bold or enlarged text

  • Specific formatting instructions


Simply enter these requests in the “Additional Instructions” box.


Note:
Proofs for customized products show only the imprint area (the portion that will be printed). Preprinted parts of the item will not appear in the proof.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all customized products.


Products With Your Own Design

If uploading your own design:

  • Include all instructions in the product’s notes area, OR

  • Upload a separate file with instructions

Artwork files can be:

Products with your own design come with PDF proofs.


Full Color Products

For full color items, provide instructions in the same way as above—either in the quote box or in a separate file.
Artwork can be uploaded or emailed to artwork@smartresolution.com.


Promotion Codes

New promotions are released throughout the year at different times.
Visit our Promotions page for current offers.


Finalizing An Order

Your order is not placed until you click the final “Place Order” button after entering shipping and billing details.
Customers occasionally forget this last step, so please confirm you reached the final confirmation screen.


Prices

Our prices are set to remain competitive across all quantities.

  • Larger quantities reduce the price per unit.

  • If a quantity isn’t shown, it may not be available or cost-effective.

Feel free to ask about larger quantities than those shown online.


Quotes

Quotes may be requested for any product, even if it does not appear on the website.
Most quotes are completed within 48 hours.


Proofs

  • Most customized products show an online preview.

  • Logos do not appear in the preview, but you may request a proof in the Additional Instructions box.

  • Proofs for customized items show only the part of the product that will be printed (not the entire product).

  • Products with your own design include PDF proofs.


If you do not want to pay before seeing a proof, you may request that your credit card be pre-authorized only, not charged, until the proof is approved.


Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary by product and are shown on each product page.


General guidelines:

  • Customized items:
    • 3 business days without a logo
    • 7 business days with a custom logo

  • Your Own Design products: 3–9 business days

  • Full color items: 1–5 business days


Rush Orders

Some customized products allow rush production.
Shipping methods can be expedited on all orders.


Important:
Choosing Next Day Air affects shipping time only, not production time.
For example, a customized product may take 2–7 days before it ships, even with Next Day Air.

Non-printed items may still take up to 2 days to ship.


Shipping Methods

We offer:

  • UPS Ground

  • UPS Second Day Air

  • UPS Next Day Air

  • USPS

  • Fedex for certain products

  • Freight as needed

We cannot use customer UPS or FedEx accounts.

Delivery time (after shipment):

  • 1 to 10 days, depending on the method selected.


Shipping Destinations

We ship to:

  • All U.S. states

  • Puerto Rico

  • Hawaii

  • Canada


Guarantee

We guarantee our products.
If you are not fully satisfied, we will replace or refund your order.


Payments

We accept:

  • Major credit cards

  • Checks (orders processed after the check clears)

  • ACH

You may also apply for a credit account.

Credit cards are not always charged immediately after clicking “Place Order.”
Orders are first reviewed for accuracy to ensure the correct options were selected.

Delinquent invoices incur a 2.5% monthly finance charge.


How Long Does Delivery Take?

Delivery depends on:

  • Product type (turnaround time)

  • Shipping method

  • Production location

See “Turnaround Times” above for printing timeframes.


Additional Costs

The only additional cost beyond the product price is shipping, which is shown during checkout.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not been printed or shipped.

If printed, partial refunds or discounts may be available.
If shipped, you may refuse the delivery.


Printing Facilities

We print across multiple U.S. locations, including:

  • Florida

  • Connecticut

  • Massachusetts

  • Pennsylvania

  • Illinois

  • Indiana

  • Missouri

  • California

Orders typically ship from the facility closest to you, but production timelines may cause variations.
