Common shipping questions

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the U.S (including PR and HI), APO addresses, U.S. territories and Canada*. *Please note that we are not responsible for brokerage or duty fees incurred when shipping to Canada, so please review your order carefully. Also note that several items on an order may ship separately and incur multiple duty/brokerage fees. Finally, expedited shipping is not currently available for Canadian destinations, unless quoted separately.

How much will the shipping cost be?

We offer flat rate shipping based on the final dollar amount of your order.

We cannot use your UPS or Fedex account as our shipping procedures are vastly automated.

How long does it take to receive an order?

There is no absolute way for us to find out when an item will arrive but we can estimate it.

  • Stock items (not printed) take 2 days to ship.
  • Customized items take 3 days (no logo) or 7 days (with logo).
  • Your own design items (created from scratch) take 9 days.
  • Full color item take 3 days.

Based on this, if you ordered a stock item and selected Next Day Air, we could predict that the item would arrive within 3 business days. If you need something sooner than that, we cannot do it. It is not as simple as going to a shelf and packing the item, so it does take some time for the whole process to take place.

Where do you ship from?

The printing of the actual products is done in plants throughout the United States.

The plants are in Massachusetts, New Jersey, Missouri, California, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Oregon and Indiana.

We do not know which plant an order will be sent to, as that depends on the work load at each plant. We do, however, try to always have the plant closest to you take the order, to avoid shipping delays and reduce cost. This routing is done at the plant level, so our customer service has no control over where the item will ship from.

If you need to know where an item will be shipping from because your need it fast or because you are trying to determine whether you need expedited shipping, you may ask us and we will get that information over to you.
