Can I get a quote on a different quantity or product not found on your website?
We will gladly provide you with a quote on any project you may have. Quotes are free and commonly answered within 48 hours. Exceptions may occur if your project is unusually complex. We strive to answer as fast as possible and provide quotes by email, phone, mail or fax.
For customized products, you may click on the "Request more info" link under the product image.
For products with your own design, please see below:
By email: Scan and email one the quote request forms below to info@smartresolution.com or add as much information as you possibly can in your email (at least the product type, quantity and ink colors).
By mail: Print out and fill out one the quote request forms below and mail it to the address at the bottom of the form.
How long does it take to get the product?
If ordering customized items, 3 business days without a logo or 7 business days with a custom logo.
If ordering YOD items, 9-10 business days.
If ordering full color items, 4-5 business days.
Are there any other costs?
The only other cost would be for shipping and is calculated during the checkout process. Shipping prices are calculated during checkout or can be found in our FAQ page, under shipping.
A credit card may not get charged until they a proof has been approved. A request can be made directly from the website that the card be left untouched until a proof has been approved in the instructions box right before (Your Own Design products) or during (customized products) the checkout. If the order has already been placed, a call or email can be placed or sent and our customer service representatives will add notes and/or tasks as appropriate so that this request can be fulfilled.
