To ensure your artwork prints cleanly and without pixelation, please check your file’s resolution before uploading.
Required Resolution
For best print quality:
300 DPI — projects using up to 3 ink colors
1200 DPI — full-color (CMYK) printing, or designs with fine details
If your file is lower than these recommended values, the final print may appear soft, fuzzy, or pixelated.
How to Check Resolution in Common Design Programs
Below are simple steps you can use to check file resolution depending on the software you have available.
Microsoft Paint

Imported images must be at least 300 DPI
Adobe Photoshop
Supports: .gif, .jpeg, .tiff, .bmp, .png, .psd, .pdf

Go to Image → Image Size
Look at the Resolution field
Must be 300 DPI or higher (or 1200 DPI for full color)
Why DPI Matters
Even if an image looks fine on a computer or home printer, commercial printing equipment is much more precise and will show imperfections if the file resolution is too low.
If your file does not meet DPI requirements, we’ll contact you before printing and help find a solution.
